Women's Beginner Course

About

This three week course will cover all the basics to give you a good foundation which you can use to begin your climbing journey. This course is suitable for those who have never climbed before or anyone who has had a few sessions.


During the three weeks you will focus on basic movements, using your hands and feet effectively, getting used to moving  on the wall, how to climb down safely, fall practice and how to land properly, different hold types and how to use them, general rules and good etiquette.


Open to all those who identify as women and all non-binary folk.
